Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval — they will not be accepted.

If you're located outside Switzerland, shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hellolovenote.store@gmail.com. if the item is:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrect

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union - 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the EU, you have the right to return the product(s) after receiving it within 3 days for any reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
